My overall goal is to assist individuals in creating an overall package that highlights why they would be an asset to a potential employer. This is done through proper resume editing techniques, interview preparation, and professional development - methods I have learned and utilized for over 5 years in the staffing industry. I have successfully placed over 500 people into new opportunities which has given me the experience of writing and editing over 2000 resumes to meet the standards of the clients I was working with. On Guru, I hope to use my skills of rewriting resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters, coaching candidates on proper interview techniques, recruiting top notch talent for employers, and coaching companies on how to properly recruit while using social media as a tool to ensure success.
