Review and provide a written case analysis and conclusion, including points of authority and applicable law. 

1. Summary of the case including: an overview of the facts, the procedural history and a detailed explanation of the legal reasoning of the case. 
2. Overview of the facts. Note: only the essential background information that explains what event/incident led to the legal case.
3. Procedural history of the case means the passage of the case through different courts. 
4. Legal reasoning in coming to their decision. 
5. Legal analysis, applied facts to the law and any distinctions between applied legal standards and issue at hand.
