I have a strong criminal appellate background. Before working for a firm and becoming a certified paralegal, my main course of work involved the automotive industry. Mostly investigations and root cause analysis. Following some suggestions, I helped a family and won major case and had Arizona's Rule 32 process declared unconstitutional under Federal Law. From that point, several local law firms contacted me and I eventually graduated from an accredited paralegal program and worked for a law firm for several years. During my period at the firm and working under the managing attorney, I had several successful appeals reducing a significant amount of time behind bars for several years.
Work Terms
