As a Sales & Marketing officer, I was assigned to do selling thru phone.(Office-based) Doing cold calling, sending proposals and do follow-ups.It is satisfying when you hit or exceeded the quota. But I think that I could get better if I will be trained, so I could obtain more knowledge. As chat moderator, I haven't worked as one, honestly, but again, I think that I could get better if I will be trained so I could obtain more knowledge.
