He has undertaken many tasks especially in planning, risk, resource and cost management and specialized in these subjects. He has a great experience to drawing, planing, creating BOQ, material take off and contract management.

Cihan has improved his management skills in international projects. He was worked one of the earth’s most special 5 star hotel project along 2 years and he was controlled and managed its enormous bugdet. At the age of 26, he had the chance to work as a manager in a project with a budget of more than 300 Million Dollars. He has overwhelmed this great responsibility. Working in high level projects such as hotels, residences and business centers enabled him to gain experience especially in the field of superstructure. Working in the planning, budget and manufacturing processes of the structures created by considering different dynamics caused him to gain different perspectives. High level projects also provide a unique experience to gain coordination skills. In projects with many stakeholders, the most key element is inter-share coordination. Therefore, large projects show that a good manager should not only have technical knowledge but also good communication and coordination skills.
