CCIE Collaboration (active) with 21+ years of hands-on Cisco Unified Communications experience. I provide on-demand expert troubleshooting and escalation support for complex Cisco UC environments — working across multiple concurrent engagements daily.


This service provides expert diagnosis and resolution for complex Cisco UC issues — available hourly or as a block-of-hours retainer. I reproduce issues in lab, perform deep SIP trace analysis, and deliver root-cause findings with resolution steps.


Rate: $120/hr. Typical engagements range from 5 hrs (targeted issue diagnosis and resolution) to 20+ hrs (ongoing retainer for multi-issue environments). Scope and estimate provided before work begins.


Troubleshooting expertise includes:

• CUCM call routing, registration, and dial-plan failures

• CUBE / SBC SIP trace analysis and interop issues

• CUC voicemail integration and delivery failures

• Expressway and MRA traversal failures

• IM&P presence and federation issues

• UC security — certificate expiry, TLS handshake failures, SRTP issues

• UCCX call-flow and agent desktop problems

• Lab reproduction of complex issues before change windows


I work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver on schedule.
