Active CCIE Collaboration (#45070) with 21+ years of hands-on Cisco Unified Communications experience. I design, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize the full Cisco UC stack for enterprise and mid-market clients — working across multiple concurrent engagements daily.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE (all up to 15.x):

Cisco UC Platform:
• CUCM — dial-plan design, multi-site clustering, SRST, version upgrades, and migrations
• IM&P — Jabber, Webex App, presence federation, compliance, and clustering
• Unity Connection (CUC) — voicemail design, VPIM networking, CUCM integration, single inbox
• Emergency Responder (CER) — E911 design, ERL/ELIN configuration, device location monitoring, compliance

SIP & Voice Gateway:
• CUBE / Cisco SBC — SIP trunk architecture, dial-peer configuration, codec negotiation, early/delayed-offer, HA box-to-box redundancy, carrier interoperability

Collaboration & Cloud:

• UCCX — IVR call-flow design, Finesse agent desktop, CUIC reporting

UC Security:

Work Terms

Rate: $120/hr — applies to all services. Scope and hour estimate provided before any work begins so there are no surprises.

Minimum budgets vary by service (listed on each service page). A General Cisco UC Consultation is available at $120 minimum for scoping calls, design reviews, or short advisory sessions.

Payment: I work with Guru's SafePay system. Milestone or hourly agreements both acceptable depending on project scope.

Availability: Accepting new engagements now. I work across multiple concurrent clients and can typically begin within a few business days of agreement.

Communication: I respond promptly via Guru messages. For active engagements I provide regular status updates and flag risks early. I work independently and do not require hand-holding — but I communicate clearly and proactively throughout.
