Rate: $120/hr. Typical engagements range from 10 hrs (single component deployment or troubleshooting) to 30+ hrs (full CUC and IM&P integrated build). Scope and estimate provided before work begins.
CUC expertise includes:
• Voicemail system design and implementation (up to 15.x)
• VPIM networking between CUC clusters
• CUCM integration and dial-plan alignment
• Single inbox and visual voicemail configuration
• Call handlers, interview handlers, and directory handlers
• CUC clustering and high availability
IM&P expertise includes:
• Jabber and Webex App deployment and configuration
