Responsible for the design and detail drawings for 765KV /400KV / 220KV / 132KV AIS / GIS Substation structure and civil which we receive from EPC contractors. Responsible for intense support to tender / BD team for project quotation. Site supervision and feasibility studies for substation location and further development. Involve in International projects development also for Substation upto 765KV voltage rating. Apart from core role, i am engaged into the value addition to engineering solution and project operations.

Standardization of Engineering processes to deliver the best deliverables in the industry. Managing the team of Civil & Structure Design & Detail engineering. Man power engagement process, Site construction quality & standard improving drives, Assessment of RFP & bring out the cost optimization paths & guiding the team of Business Development & Tendering. Provide technical trainings to the Supply Chain / marketing people. Feasibility studies before Bid process assessing the risk of plant erection and further hurdles.
