Currently working as a senior client engagement agent with One Acre Fund, I handle duties including recording client queries, complains and liaising with the different supporting teams in the organization so as to find solutions to our clients problems. As an organization our mission is to ensure we serve common farming families to the best of our ability and ensure they have grown out of poverty and be able to feed their families. First I believe that good customer service is building a long lasting relationship with your clients and creating open friendly and positive communication. The most important aspect of engaging a client is to ensure you have offered seamless services by achieving total client satisfaction and providing solutions to their queries. One has to be a good listener , always a clear communicator and attentive while handling a client so as to ensure that by the end of the day there is a smile on their faces for services well provided. As an agent is responsible for showing the client how he is important to the company and pay attention to the little details that may be disturbing the client. Customer satisfaction be a top priority to any organization willing to retain and increase their client base and the agent should be ready to go above and beyond expectations to ensure we have happy and contented customers. One should be ready to serve clients in a well presented, tactful and polite manner and be able to handle any complains or problems in a polite and subtle manner. This should means as an agent I should be a natural problem solver, conscientious and persuasive with a lot of empathy since many instances include handling clients who have been dissatisfied with the kind of services provided. As an agent I should go that extra step to show the client that I understand how they feel and what they are going through and try to find a solution to their queries in a very composed manner. Customer satisfaction should be my priority so as to achieve set goals and targets and offer the best customer experience with an ability to show resilience, understanding and compassion. This to me are some of the most important aspects of customer service and client engagement and as we always say the client is always right.
