Hi! I've been to different accounts in the BPO industry like sales, customer service and technical support. I am doing inbound and outbound calls as well to support and close deals. Some of my works are identifying clients needs upon answering the call, providing them with the right solution and while i am helping them with their concern i am doing upselling of our services as well but it depends on the scenario, sometimes i am fixing all their concerns first before i do upselling because sometimes customers are irate so i am avoiding to trigger their emotions by selling right away. Its easier to sell once issue has been resolved but in case issue hasn't been resolved there is a different approach on that for me to close the deal.
