Thorough knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming, blueprints and industrial or engineering drawings interpretation, CAD models, machining and manufacturing processes, tooling and fixtures, industry safety standards, and machine adjustment calculations Proficiency in using CAD and software, ERP software, MS Office Suite, and database applications Solid mathematical skills, including knowledge of algebra, trigonometry and geometry for measurements or calculations Strong analytical skills along with the ability to read and interpret detailed prints, complex drawings or designs as well as use measuring tools Ability to identify and troubleshooting mechanical dysfunctions such as CNC machine operations, and programming issues Strong leadership and mentoring skills along with the ability to work independently Ability to cope with a demanding and fast-paced environment as well as complete work within specified deadlines and with accuracy
