Using REVIT and AutoCAD, I will complete any Commercial Design project you can come up with. I am able to create complete construction documents that meet/exceed the current International Building Code (IBC) established by the International Code Council (ICC) for buildings and structures. Completed construction documents will include: floor plans, MEP & HVAC plans, close-ups of design details, sections, elevations, and wall/floor/roof framing details. I can also create detailed 3D renderings and virtual walk-throughs that can be used as presentation materials for prospective investors/owners.
