• Making Proforma Invoice as per order from sales team as well as direct from Distributor • Same process for International Market too • Coordination with different vertical like accounts, production, Research, logistic for the smoothen of day to day task. • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS for the focusing of achievements of sales figures. • Handling sales team & distributors of PAN India for the Sales activity • Focusing on the non performing team members , motivating and helping to generate required sales plan. • Handling data analysis for sales figures, and data handling of Tgt vs Ach and sales plan too • Handling ERP data entry and solving queries of sales team for the same • Verifying reports and expense statement of sale steam for settlemt process • Hotel and ticket booking for meeting and events of sales promotions • New Distributor appointment, deposit cheque collection, documents collection. • Handling GEM (Government E-Procurement) portal, online selling.
