Since my elementary school, university and now as a professional, I have always volunteered and have been given assignments that revolve around reading and writing because of my prowess in languages. I have been a proofreader of several documents at the University where I work including the Journal of Education and Social Sciences, a book titled "New Paradigms in Pedagogy" and many other in-house magazines, newsletters, annual reports and policies. I have also been the Chief Editor and Editor of various publications including the Corona Newspaper; a quarterly University publication. My interest in communications led to my taking up a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication degree and a Master of Science in Communication Studies respectively. I thrive in carrying out research on issues and topics that spark my interest. I am also a social media enthusiast. I get excited at the future of communications and the opportunities that this space offers. I have tried my hand in creative writing of short stories as well. Because of my interest, I have been the go-to person in terms of book presentations and reviews in various fora. In a nutshell, I have over five years experience in editing, proofreading and writing. I have written, edited and proofread articles and documents for websites, annual reports, newsletters, magazine and many others.
