My name is Lindsey, and I have a wealth of experience in the construction industry, specializing in both general contracting (GC) and subcontracting specializing in commercial flooring and lighting projects. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working on prestigious projects for renowned brands such as Cartier, Dior, Alexander McQueen, Gucci, and Aesop.


After years of observing a common challenge among companies, I decided to leverage my expertise and start my own construction administration consulting company. I quickly recognized that paperwork and administrative tasks were often overlooked and underestimated in their importance. This realization led me to offer my services to handle all aspects of construction administration, including APM  duties, change orders, RFIs, submittals, invoicing, job costing, and more.


With a diverse background in the construction industry, I have gained experience using a wide range of construction programs and software.
