I assist practices with adopting change methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma) to facilitate elimination of inefficiencies, improve staff skill-sets, and drive increased profits. I work with practices to help them identify their largest areas of concern, set up PDSA cycles, establish KPIs, and develop dashboards for long-term tracking. I work directly with staff to ease concerns regarding change, establish their role in each project, and provide a pathway on how they may be up-skilled.
