I feel pleasure in introducing myself as a Civil Engineer having a practical experience of over 30 years implementing large and medium sized building, bridges and infrastructural development projects. My Contributions to these projects were in the capacity of a Contract Manager, Construction Manager and Project Manager. My duties and responsibilities in these projects are hereunder:

Contract Management Services

As a Contract Manager in civil construction works some potential achievements include but are not limited to:

• Introducing FIDI conditions of contract, Part-I and Part II edition 2017
• Successfully negotiating contracts with clients, vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Managing contract variations, claims and disputes.

  • Afghan Defense University Kabul .... Construction of CMU buildings, Gymnasium, Truss Building, Class rooms and Headquarter Buildings. Cost $14 million.
  •  Construction of C 130 Air Craft Hanger. Riggers Shed, Ware house, Maintenance shops, all metal buildings. Cost $9.00million Client, USACE.Bagram Air Field.
  • 14 nos Military Intelligence School buildings at Siah Sang, Kabul.. Cost 12 million dollars.

    • Quantity Surveying involving calculating accurate quantities from drawings to ensure entering accurate values to be entered in the Bill of Quantities thus offering correct quantities to the bidding contractors to quote their rates.
    •  Monthly Billing, normally called IPCs (Interim Payment certificates) preparation and checking.
    • Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules for steel rebars for accurate fabrication and placement thus reducing waste and optimizing full material usage.
