As a Contract Manager in civil construction works some potential achievements include but are not limited to:
• Introducing FIDI conditions of contract, Part-I and Part II edition 2017
• Successfully negotiating contracts with clients, vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Managing contract variations, claims and disputes.
• Improving contract administration processes.
Some Overseas Projects Completed as Project Manager and Construction Manager
• Construction of Kabul Central Police Command,
Three story building with basement and other facilities. Cost $9. 00million (sub-contractor cost). Client, AFCEE
• Afghan Defense University Kabul .... Construction of CMU buildings, Gymnasium, Truss Building, Class rooms and Headquarter Buildings. Cost $14 million. (sub-contractor cost)
• Construction of C 130 Air Craft Hanger. Riggers Shed, Ware house, Maintenance shops, all metal buildings. Cost $9.00 million (sub-contractor cost)
• Client, USACE. Bagram Air Field.
• 14 nos Military Intelligence School buildings at Siah Sang, Kabul.. Cost 12 million dollars. (sub-contractor cost)

• Quantity Surveying involving calculating accurate quantities from drawings to ensure entering accurate values to be entered in the Bill of Quantities thus offering correct quantities to the bidding contractors to quote their rates.
• Monthly Billing, normally called IPCs (Interim Payment certificates) preparation and checking.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules for steel rebars for accurate fabrication and placement thus reducing waste and optimizing full material usage.
