I negotiate, interpret and manage professional and service contracts, as well as service level agreements. Additionally, I prepare accurate and detailed tenders/proposals, negotiate contracts, build, manage and control vendor relationship, inventory and supplies, as well as manage various contract types (FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, EPC & GCC). Management of claims and variations (VOs) are through timely submissions/follow ups.
