I have over 19 years of experience in contracts management (pre-award to closeout), auditing, project and program management.  I have more than 25 years of experience in customer service and 4 years of experience in budget analysis. 

In addition to an MBA and MPA, I have a Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisitions Management.  I also have undergraduate degrees in Management and Accounting. I am well organized and very thoughtful in my processes, often being credited with developing and executing ways to fix broken programs.  

While I am interested in contracts management, I am open to gaining a sense of the requestor's business needs in order to determine whether I can provide a viable short to long-term solution. 

I am well suited to provide acquisitions support to small businesses that may not have the ability to hire in-house contracts managers.

Having previously owned two small businesses, I am well suited to review business plans for small startups in order to provide critical feedback that can be used to strengthen business plans while also providing sound guidance on items they may not have thought about.
