I'm a Communication and Language specialist who truly integrates theory and practice. My copywriting is unique because it's grounded in an expert appreciation of how language and communication work, their quirks and nuances, and how they link to identity. Alongside copywriting myself, I have been enabling university students of Communication to develop their copywriting skills for two decades, so I am an expert also at taking other' words and honing them to perfection. Whether you need web copy, an explainer video script, a direct mail, a press release, a speech, or just about any other genre you can think of, I can provide it and ensure it speaks with your brand voice. I offer other services that can complement and enrich your message. As a trained voiceover artist, I can bring audio and video pieces to life or train clients to do so themselves. And I can be your 'one stop shop' for cost-effective web video. I take even the most basic pieces to camera and build a narrative around them with a branded intro, text slides, and other enhancements. As a published author for both academic and popular audiences, with a particular skill for textbook and 'how to' content, I am well placed also to advise on or co-create training materials. I regularly proof-read, edit, and review copy for academic publishers, and am happy to offer those skills to clients. You might like to hear a little more about my approach.
