Clients could have issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss and relationship difficulties that are affecting their ability to manage life. I create a tailored plan for my client based on our session and provide it to them to help them improve their overall lifestyle and health. 2 Sessions is required a week to see improvements faster.
