Customer Support and Sale -Provides front line customer service and sales support for 3 Telco Singtel, Starhub and M1 -Assist customers with their inquiries and sign up process for mobile services and Fibre / cable broadband services for the 3 Telcos -Assist customers in choosing service plan and handset to best fit their needs -Upsells prepaid mobile services -Provides front line customer service and upsells Courts products (appliances, electrical, IT,) -Responds to all inquiries of all walk in and customers calling in -Manages stock movement and replenishment -Prepares daily and weekly sales report -Liaise with Singtel, Starhub and M1 back end / main shops for cases to be referred
