Hello! My name is Stephanie Fichter and I am a professional consultant who is certified in PHR and KCS. I love talking with people and presenting, which is one of my strengths. Currently, I lead virtual trainings and meetings through the following video platforms: Zoom or BlueJeans. Recently I started to train people on time management and time blocking. It is a skill that takes time to develop, but everyone can benefit from the concept and implement it in their own life. I work independently as I am used to getting information from others and running with the idea. The results speak highly as I turn an idea into a spectacular end project. Some of my most recent work is creating a toolkit for associates and managers on a new system that was being implemented. Within weeks, I created content that was useful and developed infographics, process maps, training, tips and tricks, FAQ’s, and led virtual sessions. I have 14 years of professional experience ranging from retail, manufacturing, construction, owning my own business, online social media, and corporate business.
