Creative writing is where I had my start, and have consistently worked and developed over the years. While I enjoy many types of writing, creative writing is my favorite as it allows me to release personal expression and emotion. Creative writing often focuses on character development, narrative, and essentially the written work. Examples of creative writing would be novels, short stories, and poetry, although it can certainly be found in non-fiction, blogs, and other forms of writing.
