Available to write creative blogs and quizzes regarding travel,Food and Cooking, sports, general knowledge, and historical events. After attending Seattle University I had the opportunity to travel and live in downtown London one block from Kenningston Gardens for a year. After my time in London I traveled throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. This instilled a love for travel and adventure. While in London I attended the Cordon Bleu cooking school. I have always had a love for cooking and after working at various dining establishments I opened my own Deli. Working from farm to table each day we created fresh soups and specials for the menu. I have a strong background in classic cooking infusing fresh produce and herbs into the dishes I make. I addition to explore various international cuisines I love cooking from scratch. During the summer and fall months I process (Can) various fruits and vegetables. In addition I have an avid interest in sports. As an athlete in high school I participating in volleyball, basketball, track and soccer. During the summer I swam competitively and participated on a tennis team. While in high school I became involved in officiating both basketball and volleyball. As a basketball official, I was one of the few officials to obtain an international license and fortunate enough to officiate in Europe, Canada, Mexico and Taiwan. Although my children are now grown while they were in high school I helped with the Choir and Drama programs. I had a chance to take the stage and try a little acting, singing and also dancing . The 10 years of classical piano training helped me jump right into the musical aspect of the Drama and Choir programs. As a part of the parent support association I organized the fundraising for the yearly trips the choir program took. Contact for more information
