An expert-level user of Crystal Reports (30 years) with major databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, and others. Also, 10 years of creating and utilizing Business Objects universes (unv/unx) and WEBI documents. Well-versed at designing complex, multi-part Crystal Reports--have used up to 19 subreports in a single template. And I've worked with contemporary data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, and PowerBI. In addition, I'm adept at creating business intelligence solutions that involve integrating multiple systems--especially leveraging data from vertical market ERP systems where the only end-user modifications permitted are custom reporting modifications. For example, the ERP processed data, exported out of the "black box" database, can be very useful when combined with other data such as CRM systems, sales, inventory, etc. My capabilities span the range of simple editing and updating existing reports through planning and managing projects involving many discrete components and data sources.
