I have nearly 10 years of customer service experience. I have been in fields where I assisted members/customers via phone & email with household products, food, beauty and grooming items. I also had the opportunity to work in the health insurance field for Cigna and I was recently on a health benefit campaign where I worked at home for 19 months.
