I had been working in a customer support field for 9 years already. Doing Technical Support, Customer Service, and Energy Market Forecasting. In my recent position, I am able to acquire a skill in Energy Forecasting that allows me to have a whole different view of how energy market works. In years that I worked as a Technical Support for Microsoft, I developed a deep understanding of how computer hardware and software work and find a solution if an issue is encountered. And that knowledge was further strengthened when I work with OMG Tech Support as one of the Geek Squad Representative in which we fix more complicated computer issues. Also, working with Verizon and Telstra, I get to understand a lot about The Internet Connectivity and how to fix issues in a short period of time.
