Customer Sentiment Analysis using Tweets

The system fetches three hundred Twitter feeds for each of the UK’s Big-Six companies using Twitter APIs. Scores the feeds based on the ‘Bag of Words’ approach and determines each feed as positive, negative or neutral using R Programming Language and publishes graphs for each company showing total number of frustrated, neutral and satisfied customers
