Hello, my name is Angel. Skills are: I have worked in the BPO industry for 4 years. I started working for Target as their FINANCIAL SPECIALIST then later trained and became a COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST. I was part of the collections team for accounts that are delinquent for 30 to 60 days. I was also trained and became AUTHORIZATIONS SPECIALIST for debit cards wherein we decide (through research) whether or not to approve a transaction. I also helped customers in their online walkthrough (sign ups, logins, shopping, etc)
