My name is Mariam Ignatosyan. Currently, I am studying at American University of Armenia and doing my bachelor's for Business Administration. Two years of hard work and training have made me a qualified second-year student with pretty good qualities. I can say that I have a very good relationship with my classmates and lecturers as I have very good communication skills and can always listen to others and share happy and hard life cycles. I pay special attention to the development of my critical thinking and analytical judging so I have become very flexible and quick in decision making, as well as broad-minded. I am working on my self-development based on the philosophy of Kaizen. My favorite subjects are math, accounting, ….. and… . I am strong in logical thinking and verbal expressing, I am quite creative and unique in views on certain matters. My strengths are my attitude that I like to take challenges that I can do it, my way of thinking that I take both success and failure in a balanced manner. My weaknesses or I would like to say the scope for improvement is that I am emotional and cannot bear unfairness, as well as I could not be indifferent to the problems of others, I always do care what is happening around. I do believe in myself and my hard work and I want perfection in every single thing. My short-term goal is to get the platform for my career development in an organization like your one, and my long-term goal is to become one of the reason for the success of your organization. I am determined to make my own contribution to the development of this sphere. In addition, I have many hobbies in my life. For example, I love reading, music, sports.
