I have experience in the field of banking; retail; fast food restaurant business; and customer service level 1-3 in the business process outsourcing industry for both voice and nonvoice support (nonvoice customer support, back office tasks like menu syncs, a little bit of funnels, a little bit of lead generation). I have experience in customer support for travel, e-commerce, telecommunications, healthcare, and food industry).
I also dabbled with creative writing for fun.
I'm interested in non-voice tasks for now.
