Customer Service and Collections Expert

For over 10 years of working experience, I have mastered Customer Service and how Collection works given that I've worked in a call center / BPO Industry for 7 years from 2006-2013. Most of my years (6 years) were spent handling personal bank accounts, personal loans, credit cards and business accounts with HSBC Electronic Data Processing (our clients are from UK and US). We make sure that accounts is not delinquent. Just in case that customer has good credit standing with the bank or if they qualify, we offer customers credit cards or personal loans which we call upselling. Another year was spent handling Telecommunications Account like Telstra and ClubTelco which are both big TELCO Industry in Australia. In year 2013 I started working as Virtual Assistant and was able to enhance my skills I've acquired in my previous experience. I am confident that I will be a good fit for your company because I am a goal oriented person. When something needs to be done, it needs to be done on time and not in time. Here are my keys of expertise; -strong and solid background in both Customer Service and Collections primarily for Financial Accounts. -background in Sales / Telemarketer, Cold Calling, Accounting (using Quickbooks), Appointment Setting -Calendar and Email Management -Social Media Management and other Administrative tasks (maintaining CRMs' like: InfusionSoft, Top Producer, MLS, Central Dispatch; use of Microsoft Office, google drive, Dropbox and other applications) -background in Real Estate. I can work with minimal supervision but I can still assure you quality of service and I am always open to new learning and ready to be corrected to make sure good productivity.
