I have 11 years of experience in Customer Service industry where I used to attend calls from International customers. I also have experience in taking escalation calls from the customers. I had to attend 75 to 80 calls every day. My job also included updating notes on each and every call and not to miss it out on any calls. I had to analyze what has been done on the previous call and see what needs to be done at that point of time. I had to make sure that customer is 100% happy on the resolution provided.
