Worked as a customer service representative and a virtual assistant in a BPO company for 12 years. Working as a customer service representative and virtual assistant my tasks are Phone and chat support, email handling, answering inquiries and comments from customers on Facebook and Instagram, research thru web browsing,  and order fulfillment in Shopify and Magento. I also did fraud detection to verify if orders received are not fraudulent, verified and keep records of supplies from the warehouse, and checks and approves the production to suppliers for quality and productivity standards.
