My job before was more on customer service with chats, emails and phone calls. I also do some admin task and help when we have newbies. Most of the accounts I handle were US based. One of the most challenging tasks was being a Real Estate Agent. We look for prospective property that the company can buy and improve to sell in the market. Sometimes we look outside of the box for leads and use our resources aside from the leads that the company is providing us. Other accounts I handle use Zendesk, Mojo, Zillow, Ring Central and others.
