I have 5 years Customer Service experience and 3 years of Management experience. In my last position as Personnel Manager, I was responsible for all HR, Recruiting, Data Entry, Hiring, Payroll, and Customer Service duties. I also managed a total of 87 associates. My last project was to hire 250 associates for a Government Client. This project resulted in me hiring the associates, receiving a raise, and most importantly making my client happy! I am very detail oriented and type approximately 55 WPM. I am also fluent in both English and Spanish.
