I am enthusiastic, patience, determined, hardworking and fast learner. I've been working for almost 3 years now as a Customer Service Expert, organizing and responding to emails, chats, online inquiries, data entry and doing other different tasks. 

I have had almost three years of experience in BPO industry at Concentrix. I used to work for Intuit

QuickBooks ProAdvisor where I handled customer service, sales, accounting, payroll, business
