I worked from 2011 to 2014 in an establishment '' MON DESTIN'' in Benin as an administrative secretary which makes me a person capable of performing serveral tasks at once in a fast way. I also worked in the oil company SHELL in Côte d'Ivoire as a personal assistant from 2015 to 2017. This allowed me to be flexible in communicating with customers and to find solutions to their complaints as quickly as possible. And I am able to ensure order management, product placement on the website with full description, stock management, registration of incoming and outgoing goods, batch and deadline control, preparation of orders and organisation of shipment by mail, relations with national and international suppliers, customer management via multiple channels: Mail, Live chat, telephone, preparation of tenders, trend analysis, research testimonials, on product sales, customer development for special initiatives. Customer service answering emails, zendesk, customer support on the facebook page, customer support on the instagram page, shopify, comment tracking, and comments on facebook posts. I also have extensive experience in data entry and back office.
