8 years of progressive experience in the BPO industry with vast exposure to different lines of business. I started as an technical support to customer service specialist (phone/email) then as a subject matter expert which is the one who respond to service requests and other senior associate permission based tasks. Finally, after that I have handled my own agents and become a team manager.
