Hey, I have 7+ years of work experience in Customer Service and Operations Management fields. I worked with Amazon, First American, Sykes & Starburst. I worked for multiple projects in these companies like Live Chat Support, Email Support, International Phone Support, Subject Matter Expert, New Team Handling, Pilot Project Launch, Customer Delight Program, Operations, etc. After working for many years, I decided it is more fun to work as a Virtual Assistant or Freelancer and started my career here. I chose this to work at my convenience from home office space. I am basically looking for a steady full-time job, however, part-time also works for me. I can perform multi-tasking and ready to work in any time zone. In fact, the time zone is definitely not a problem for me as I worked with almost all time zones across the globe. I am a Computer Savy with excellent interpersonal skills; organized, professional, diplomatic, cooperative, and a trustworthy team player.
