With a 4 years of experiences in customer service field in Malaysia, I have developed a strong communication skills with empathy. Being in this field obviously requires me to always be patience and seek the best solutions for my customers’ problems or issues arise. In order to ensure that the best solutions was given to the customers, I have to listen to them attentively. Throughout my experiences, I have involved myself in fast food customer service, postal courier customer service, online shopping platform customer service and as a receptionist. My passion in customer service has grown stronger along with my career in this field. I do believe that serving a good customer service will create a value and trust for the products or the company itself. Thus, having a job as a customer service agent is a huge responsibility because we portray the image or value of the company or brand.
