I am a hardworking and motivated leader who has over 5 years of customer service and technical support experience. I have worked with several different companies and a wide range of products including but not limited to DSL providers, Health Insurance Companies, Hospitals, Phone companies and many more. I have not only handled all forms of customer interactions, I have often done it in a supervisory or management role. I have worked in experimental teams for previous companies as well as assisting with the training of new individuals and provided them with the knowledge needed to help the company grow.
