I have been in the BPO Industry for over 4 years and have also pursued a NVQ-J Level 2 course in Customer Service and Computer Studies and Certification in Front Office Operations, which have developed the knowledge needed to carry out the duties required efficiently. Hence, I am willing to take on any challenge that ensues. My experience and exposure in this field has helped me to develop good customer service and human relation skills. I am an intelligent, patient, honest and tolerant individual, who is also trainable. I am very industrious and goal- oriented with a warm and friendly attitude which allows me to work well in a team.
