I am currently studying as an Information technology student and i have passed IELTS exam for english proficiency.I also have experience with customer service which i handled calls and back office work where being flexible with the time and being a fast learner is a must. I have been part of Directv and SiriusXm which i handled customer service with technical and sales that helps me improve my communication skills as well as my technical skills and decision making. I also handled Verizon Business and i am part of the Refund's team which we process and update corporate customer's with their refund thru email communication. I am expert with communication, adaptability,email communication, multitasking and to provide the customer the right solution. I am also proficient in email communication as well as ability to persuade customers and to give them the satisfaction they deserve.
