Hello, I'm Mokhtar from Alex, Egypt, I'm 22 years old, yet, I think I gained good starting career experience at such an age. I started working at an outsourcing company named Ux center here in Alex & our account was optimum Altice & I was helping with billing & technical support, That was my first real-life work experience, and also that’s when I learned how to deal with customers and be able to address & cover their needs and one of the skills that I also learned is that you always can find a way to satisfy the customers so it was an amazing experience, then after six months I joined At&t for a year and a half & I was also billing constant and helped a lot also in sales. I was in the first batch to attend the convergence between Directv and AT&T & I was lucky enough to support multiple products for the leading cable provider in the USA where I supported billing queries for Directv, U-Verse TV, AT&T TV, Optical fiber internet, Telco landlines and AT&T mobile service at At&t, then got promoted to be floor support directly after 6 months & that was after being able to receive the top performer of the month award and also managed to be the top NPS performer by 40% above the company average and also I was able to up sale to many customers to higher tire and also being able to maintain my place in the top 10 performs for 6 consecutive months, & my duties as floor support were different as I started taking Manger calls and also leading teams, I had my 1st team leading experience too, and I was also supporting the whole floor regarding queries and if they have questions and so on together. It was a very rich working environment & I learned a lot about the inner workings of a massive corporation like AT&T being able to support almost all the leading services of the company gave me a resilient mindset on how to handle new challenges, It was a great & enjoyable experience, then I started freelancing & my first few projects included cold calling where I was calling food truck owners in TN and asking them if they are interested to be part of a new online ordering system service along with joining a lead generation project too for a corporate workspaces solutions company where we were targeting different segments at the same time & I did learn a lot from these starting projects. Finally, I understand how important and also sensitive a client care agent role is, where it's direct contact with the business clients and I'll always do my best to keep our clients as happy, valued & loyal as possible.
