I am a trained customer service representative that has the customer's satisfaction as my number one priority. Patient, genuine, empathetic, helpful, trustworthy are just a few words to describe me and also my work ethics. Being able to empathize with customers is one of the skills I possess. I believe that customers want to know not only that we understand what their problem/s is/are, but that we are able to put ourselves in their shoes and apply ourselves in such a way that we would want someone to help us. Empathy allows for more efficient problem solving.
