I work as a Customer Service Representative for non voice and voice accounts. I work for my cousin's account as a CSR, a non voice account, for an online shopping site for nine months. Through the website's messaging service, we answer users' complaints, questions and inquiries about their orders. We make sure that we are following the message thread made by other CSR and give them a helpful answer. We also check and update their order's shipping information and status. If customer requests, we process refund and update them with the process. We are graded according to customers' rating. On a call center industry, I also worked as a CSR for for a Prepaid account. We handle inbound calls from customers around the U.S., making sure that they are getting the best service from the company by assisting their needs such as processing their payments, changing their plans, providing them information, answering their questions, providing troubleshooting steps or guiding them through the process, and helping them even with their unstated needs. We are making sure that at the end of the call, they will come out as a satisfied and a happy customer.
